If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

GLI Experience offers a range of personal growth, leadership development, and legacy-building programs, including but not limited to:
- Legacy Activation Sessions (in-person introductory experiences)
- Activate Workshop (multi-day immersive workshops)
- Exclusive VIP Coaching (one-on-one coaching engagements)
- Corporate Training & Development Programs
- Personal Branding Solutions & Image Consulting
- Leadership Mastery Program (facilitator certification)
- Digital Legacy Tools (Wall of Stories, legacy websites, Time Capsule Letters)
3. Registration & Accounts
Certain services require registration or the submission of personal information through our contact forms. When registering or submitting information, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of any account credentials
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
4. Payments, Pricing & Refund Policy
All payments for GLI Experience programs are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount indicated at checkout.
Refund Policy
- Legacy Activation Session ($99): Fully refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. The fee is credited toward the Activate Workshop if you choose to upgrade.
- Activate Workshop ($695): Refundable up to 14 days before the event date. After that, a credit toward a future workshop may be issued at our discretion.
- VIP Coaching & Custom Programs: Refund terms are outlined in your individual coaching or service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our programs — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio recordings, workshop materials, the GLI Experience™ brand, and the "Prepare To Pass The Torch Now" tagline — is the exclusive property of GLI Experience or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.
6. User Content & Legacy Stories
By submitting stories, testimonials, photographs, or other content to GLI Experience (including through the Wall of Stories platform or Legacy Stories features), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our programs, marketing, and mission — unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
You represent that you own or have the necessary permissions for any content you submit, and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.
7. Code of Conduct
GLI Experience is built on a foundation of respect, empowerment, and community. When participating in our programs, events, or online platforms, you agree to:
- Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with dignity and respect
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories shared during sessions
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- Respect the intellectual property and privacy of others
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this Code of Conduct, without refund.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." GLI Experience makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our content or services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in any of our programs.
Our programs are designed for personal and professional development purposes and do not constitute therapy, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial guidance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLI Experience, its founder, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or participation in our programs.
